Bain & Company, based in Boston, Massachusetts, is an American management consulting firm. Public, private, and non-profit entities are all served by the firm.Bill Bain, former Group Vice President of Boston Consulting Group, and his colleagues, notably Patrick F. Graham, created Bain & Company in 1973. The company expanded fast in the late 1970s and early 1980s. About the Internship

The Transfer Pricing intern will work as part of a leading worldwide strategic management consulting firm’s Global Tax division, assisting the Global Transfer Pricing team in India with all elements of global intercompany pricing arrangements amongst Bain linked business entities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Extract pertinent financial reports and prepare data summaries to assist with data support and quantitative analysis.
  • Assist with the preparation of the yearly worldwide transfer pricing computation, which includes cost analysis, revenue invoicing, and documentation.
  • For the team, use MS Excel to summarise various financial data.
  • Analysis, invoicing, and documenting of cross-border transactions.
  • Assist with the collection and/or creation of excel spreadsheets in order to ensure that corporate tax returns are filed on time in the United States.

Requirements

  • B. Com. (Hons.)/Economics (Hons.) from top DU colleges/other reputable national institutions.
  • Ability to manage complex data problems and good MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and oral interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Excellent organisational and quantitative skills, as well as a problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to deal with highly private material in a mature and professional manner.
  • Willingness to work in a flexible schedule based on worldwide time zones.
