reCharkha – The EcoSocial Tribe focuses on upcycling waste plastic bags and multilayered wrappers using a traditional Charkha and Handloom, providing livelihoods for tribal women and youth. Their sustainable products serve as alternatives to those made from virgin polyester or plastic, promoting conscious consumerism for an EcoSocial Planet.
1. Office Admin and Store Associate:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory of the store.
- Reports maintenance in Excel and data entry.
- Basic knowledge of accounting.
- Place orders on internal software.
- Handle packing and delivery of products.
- Attend to store/shop customers and execute product sales.
- Maintain store, office, and premises cleanliness and upkeep.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with some accounting experience.
- Positive attitude and willingness to exert persistent effort for organizational growth.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Passion for sustainable development and environmental conservation.
2. Assistant Content Creator:
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic about content creation.
- Willingness to learn and assist.
- Basic understanding of digital platforms.
- Creative mindset.
3. Photography Intern:
Requirements:
- Proficiency in mobile cameras and editing apps.
- Basic understanding of composition, aesthetics & product styling.
- Enthusiastic about staying updated on photography trends.
