About the Internship Opportunity in Guwahati, Assam:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Assam team in Guwahati. As an intern, you’ll gain practical experience, contribute to meaningful government projects involving top bureaucracy and ministers, and work closely with team members and government officials. The internship, initially for 3 months, may be extended based on mutual consent, and a monthly stipend will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Analysis: Assist in researching school accreditation and regulations models in India and abroad. Build an understanding of competency-based large scale assessments and their potential use in school quality accreditation.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with team members to ensure effective project coordination and timely deliverables. Assist in organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, and tracking progress.
- Adaptability and Learning: Embrace changing priorities and seek learning opportunities for professional growth. Proactively incorporate feedback to enhance performance.
Requirements for the Role:
- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in any field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in research, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Assamese language (written and spoken) would be a strong asset (not mandatory).
