Vara is an AI-powered breast cancer screening platform for radiologists, enabling them to focus on finding cancer early.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize core business processes with our strategic partner in India, including reporting and finance processes, to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Support strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives tailored to the Indian market, considering local market specifics.
- Conceptualize effective go-to-market approaches for India, taking into account market nuances.
- Arrange and prepare meetings with potential strategic partners, including creating briefings and presentation materials.
- Create compelling business cases to validate various go-to-market approaches economically.
- Assist with fundraising activities for our upcoming investment round by handling related work packages.
- Play a crucial role in exploring international entity setups with strategic partners, such as M&A or Joint Ventures.
Your Profile:
- Ideal candidate: Student/Graduate with a background in business or technical studies (Bachelor, Master, or MBA).
- Relevant professional experience, including internships, at VC-backed startups, management consultancies, or similar fast-paced environments. Prior experience in India is a plus.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is essential at a business fluent level.
- Possess exceptional analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proactive and ready to take responsibility, contribute ideas during planning sessions, and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic work environment.
