Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Review of employee expenses submitted for payment in comparison with the allocated limits, reaching out to employees in case of variances, and answering and resolving employee queries
- Meet the timelines and deadlines relating to expenses batch close and submit them further for payment
- Review the expenses GL and post the journal entries
- Assist in the International Payroll Process & calculation of the payout to be made, and communicating with the employees and Payroll agencies
- Assist in month-end reconciliations
- Assist in documenting general and order specific terms
- Assist in the creation of reports as and when needed
- Assist in special assignments as and when required by headquarters
Requirements:
- Recently passed out MBA/M. Com or similar courses who have a sound academic record with good aggregate marks in Graduation/ Post Graduation Level from reputed institute within India in Finance & Accounting stream
- Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of staff;
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, primarily MS Excel and MS Word
