Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring CSR projects within budget and timelines.
  • Research and propose CSR enhancements based on industry trends and best practices.
  • Aid in CSR program development, including employee engagement and community outreach.
  • Travel to project areas in Northern India (Haryana, Uttarakhand).
  • Prepare clear presentations, reports, and communications for stakeholder updates.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to CSR meetings and workshops.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
  • Provide support for team tasks and assignments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Openness to travel within Northern India (Haryana, Uttarakhand).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CSR principles a plus.
  • Thrives both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to embrace new challenges.
