About Ashoka Globalizer:

The Globalizer program is not just a program; it’s a global movement. We’re searching for a passionate, creative, and organized intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting the Ashoka Globalizer team with program data management, data analysis, and research. Your role will involve collaborating with various team leads depending on specific tasks.

You’ll become part of a dynamic, global, and virtual Ashoka Globalizer team spanning Spain, Germany, the USA, Malta, Turkey, India, Kenya, Russia, and Greece.

What You Will Do:

You’ll closely collaborate with the Ashoka Globalizer’s Flagship management team in key operational areas:

Participants’ Selection:

  • Take a lead role in logistics and coordination of an online selection process for program participants, including internal and external communication.
  • Support tasks related to mapping potential candidates (social entrepreneurs and corporate volunteer thought partners).
  • Assist in preparing communication materials (outreach materials, confirmation letters, PowerPoint presentations, etc.).

Program Management Overall:

  • Contribute to program infrastructure setup and launch.
  • Coordinate participants, including direct support for teams participating in our flagship program.
  • Create/update program materials and communication templates.
  • Host online events (launch event, workshops, etc.).

Event Management Overall:

  • Provide support for online and physical event organization.
  • Coordinate participants’ attendance and handle other logistics.
  • Create/update event materials and related communication templates (PowerPoint presentations, participant packs, etc.).

Required Skills:

  • Native or fluent in English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work productively, proactively, and independently in a virtual setup.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.).
  • Studies or work experience related to program and/or event management are highly welcome.
  • Experience in hosting/coordinating online events (desirable but not mandatory).
