Intellectual Property India, Ministry of Commerce & Industries, Office of the Controller General Patents, Designs and Trademarks has released a recruitment notification, inviting candidates to apply for the posts of Consultant, Senior Research Associate, Research Associate and Young Professionals purely on Contract basis.

Location

  • The selected candidates will be posted at Indian Intellectual Property (IP) Offices located at Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Nagpur as per requirement.

Duration

  • The period of engagement will be initially for a period of one year further extendable subject to satisfactory periodic performance evaluated on yearly basis.

Intellectual Property India Eligibility Criteria

  • Consultant: Master degree in sciences or LLM or BE/BTech from institute of national importance or equivalent reputed institution.
  • Senior Research Associate: Master degree in sciences or BE/BTech from institute of national importance or equivalent reputed institute.
  • Young Professional (Public Policy):Bachelor degree in any discipline and Master degree/diploma in public policy and equivalent.
  • Research Associate: Master degree in sciences or BE/BTech from institute of national importance or equivalent reputed institution and (b) LLB/LLM or Degree/Diploma in IPR (full time – at least 1 year)
  • Young Professional (Economics & Data Management): Master degree in Economics/Statistics from institute of national importance or equivalent reputed institution.
  • (YP) Young Professional (IT- AI, ML):BE/BTech (Electronics & Communications/ CS/ IT) with specialized knowledge in Artificial Intelligence/ Quantum Computing/ IoT/ ML /any other relevant areas.
  • (YP) Young Professional (Media & Communication): M.A./Post Graduate degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.
  • (YP) Young Professional (Finance): MBA or PGDM (full time – 2 years course) in the discipline of Finance from institute of national importance or equivalent reputed Institution.
  • (YP) Young Professional (HR):MBA or PGDM (Full time 2 years course) or master degree in the discipline of HR and/or administration.
