Founded by India’s corporate and philanthropic leaders, including Rohini Nilekani, Ratan Tata, Anand Mahindra, Nadir Godrej, and others, ICC collaborates with research organizations, government entities, businesses, and more to ensure impactful climate solutions.
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an Associate for India Climate Leaders (ICL), a vertical aimed at engaging high net-worth individuals in India to build and empower climate leaders. The Associate will play a crucial role in engaging with philanthropists and business leaders, supporting convenings, roundtables, and workshops for ICL on an end-to-end basis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Understanding of climate change or a passion for learning more about it.
- 2-5 years of equivalent experience in donor engagement or client delivery.
- Strong project planning skills and outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be persuasive and attentive.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sector/Market/Opportunity Analysis Report:
- Gather and present information on the sector, market, competition, and best practices.
- Proposal Submission:
- Create a proposal framework for review and submit donor-ready documentation.
- Project Planning and Execution Tracking:
- Analyze, coordinate schedules, timelines, resources, costing, and deliverables on a project basis.
- Manage venue selection, layout planning, and setup, considering participant needs, technical requirements, and sustainability guidelines.
- Developing Solution Ideas/Programs:
- Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions to develop innovative solutions and programs.
- Contribution Through Research:
- Ideate to strengthen deliverables and offerings backed by thorough research.
