About the Hurford Youth Fellowship Program:
The Hurford Youth Fellowship Program, organized by the World Movement for Democracy, is a transformative opportunity for emerging leaders aged 30 and below. This program equips fellows with the skills, knowledge, and networks necessary to advocate for human rights and promote democratic values worldwide.
Eligibility and Selection Process:
To be eligible for the Hurford Youth Fellowship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Age: Applicants must be less than 30 years old at the time of the application deadline.
- Demonstrated Commitment: Applicants should possess a strong commitment to democracy and human rights, as demonstrated through their activism, research, or involvement in civil society organizations.
- Language Proficiency: Fellows must have a strong command of English, as the program is conducted in English.
Selection Process
- The selection process involves a rigorous evaluation of applications, including a review of the applicant’s background, experience, commitment to democracy, and the potential impact of their proposed research project.
