MongoDB is growing rapidly and seeking a Data Engineer to be a key contributor to the overall internal data platform at MongoDB. You will build data driven solutions to help drive MongoDB’s growth as a product and as a company. You will take on complex data-related problems using very diverse data sets.

Eligibility:

  • Be in the process of receiving a Master’s degree in Human Resources, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills

Skills:

  • Enjoy wrangling huge amounts of data and exploring new data sets
  • Love working with ambiguity and problem solving
  • Present fresh and innovative solutions by thinking out of the box
  • Looking for ways on how processes can be optimized
  • Enjoy working with individuals across multiple countries and regions (& time zones)
