About the team

From taking care of in-house humans to getting new humans onboard, the Human Resources team is one of the key teams across our team. About the role

As an HR Intern, you will help curate a talented community of engaged and passionate team members. By bringing in the most talented people possible, endless opportunities to shape and elevate slice culture will come your way. You will be able to develop your skills and play with new ideas as we deliver on our promise to the business – the right people, in the right role, at the right time

What You will do

  • Support the complete onboarding lifecycle for new employees and manage the company HRIS and leave management platforms with a high degree of accuracy
  • Administer employee benefits and perks for both full-time team members and consultants
  • Manage documentation for internal and external purposes and support the integrity of our data by running regular audits and reporting internally
  • Provide high touch support to team members by responding to questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approach
  • Craft experiences that will make team members feel valued and foster a sense of belonging (you will work on a variety of virtual and in-person events, from smaller team-building activities to company-wide gatherings and celebrations)

What you will need

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.
  • Good to have prior experience as an HR Intern.
