About the Organisation:

We are a group of Composite Insurance brokers focusing on large Indian Corporates, Indian and foreign MNC’s, and small/medium enterprises. We have established a reputation in partnering with our clients in protecting their assets, employees, liability exposures and help them to focus on their respective core areas. We have been able to design customised products for our clients and have established a track record of representing our clients fairly and aggressively in claim settlements as well.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends. Analyse data and gather insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to engage clients and close deals.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Competitive Analysis: Keep a close eye on industry trends and competitor activities. Provide regular updates and insights to help the team stay ahead in the market.
  • Business Strategy: Work closely with the business development team to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market reach.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to business development efforts. Prepare reports and presentations to showcase progress and results.
  • Collaborative Support: Assist other departments as needed, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships, part-time jobs, or projects) is a plus.

Duration and Compensation:

  • This is a paid internship position for a duration of 18 months to 2 Years.
  • The monthly internship will be between INR 15000 to 20000.
  • Working hours will be from 10:15 am to 6:30 PM.
  • Outstanding interns may be considered for future full-time positions based on performance and company requirements.
