Responsibilities of the Intern:

  • Automate MS Excel-based operations to SQL/Python for improving processing turn-around time, and set up quality assurance procedures
  • Process data on SQL Workbench integrated with AWS, sourced from varied data sources following the standard operating procedure documents
  • Understand the current data architecture within GSSO and deliver ad-hoc data pulls and low/medium complexity analysis
  • Validate data quality and accuracy of the results of existing processes
  • Collate information and maintain field dashboards with relevant documents, field announcements, training, and links
  • Standardize and own capability-focused activities such as monthly/quarterly IC pay-outs, goal setting, plan design, etc.
  • Process maps creation and updates working in collaboration with existing team members
  • Project artifacts and data/files storage-location standardization
  • Update SOPs and checklist to ensure process documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in writing code (e.g. SQL, VBA, Python) and Data Visualization tools like Tableau, etc.
  • Should understand sales planning processes for salesforce
  • Strong learning agility
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal)
  • Good prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of motivation and a strong desire to find creative solutions to challenging situations
  • Good focus on detail, accuracy, and ability to solve problems through analytical reasoning
  • Experience in business analysis
  • Have foundational experience in setting up project management software, leadership dashboard, and good practices
