This initiative has been a resounding success for the past three years, offering a platform to engage with and hire the most diverse and talented individuals in the field. Successful candidates will secure a coveted summer internship role within the engineering function at Goldman Sachs, India.
Key Highlights:
- Qualifications: We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Possess no more than 1 year of work experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.).
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Important Dates:
- Registration: Open from August 28, 2023, at 9:00 am IST to September 10, 2023, at 11:59 pm IST.
Assessment Stages:
- Aptitude Test: Scheduled for the second week of September 2023. Communication regarding this test will be shared with all eligible candidates who have successfully registered.
- Coursework: Students shortlisted after the Aptitude Test will embark on a 3-week comprehensive coursework program. This coursework is designed to help participants prepare and enhance their skills in anticipation of the technical test.
- Technical Test: Set to take place in the first week of November 2023, this test is exclusively for candidates shortlisted after the aptitude test and who successfully complete the coursework.
- Interviews: Scheduled for the fourth week of November 2023, these interviews will be conducted only for those candidates who are shortlisted following the technical tests.
