Carnegie India is organizing the eighth iteration of the Global Technology Summit (GTS) 2023,
co-hosted with the Ministry of External Affairs. The summit is themed Geopolitics of
Technology and will take place from December 4 to 6.
About the Theme: Geopolitics of Technology
During this year’s GTS, we will emphasize the momentum surrounding digital public infrastructure (DPIs) and engage in discussions regarding their design choices and adoption strategies. We will also deliberate on the economic case for DPIs. Additionally, we will delve into the use cases of artificial intelligence (AI), considering the evolving regulatory landscape and issues such as the need for robust AI computing power, skilling and innovation, and the military applications of AI.
