About the Opportunity:

Currently, we are on the lookout for talented individuals to join us as Assistant Managers and Managers in our Record To Report (RTR) service line. RTR, which encompasses Accounting and Reporting, plays a vital role in our company’s growth and is a top priority for us. We seek fresh campus hires to bring their unique perspectives on R2R value proposition, innovation, and digital orientation to help drive our clients’ finance transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to developing a framework of driving standard methodologies, case studies, and benchmarking for R2R processes, establishing us as a leading R2R service provider for our clients.
  • Engage in proposals, transformation projects, and solutions to enhance our services.
  • Identify easy opportunities for margin improvement, assimilate standard methodologies, and accelerate their implementation in accounts.
  • Utilize your subject matter expertise to improve metrics and cost efficiency in R2R processes.
  • Create diagnostic and benchmarking tools to assess gaps in our processes.
  • Engage with Fortune 500 organizations to implement process, digital, and operating model improvements.
  • Understand and enhance the operational framework for stability, consistency, and efficiency across 100+ R2R processes at Genpact.
  • Assist in implementing best practices in various accounts.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Relevant internship experience, preferably in CPG, Retail, Lifesciences, or Manufacturing industries.

Preferred Qualification:

  • A passionate individual with a comprehensive understanding of finance and accounting operations in companies.
  • Capable of making significant contributions in the areas of Accounting and Reporting by implementing standard process improvements.
  • Strong grasp of accounting concepts, processes, key controls, policies, reporting, and budgeting principles.
