Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Act as a key bridge between business and finance teams.
- Actively participate in the planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the growth strategy.
- Prepare presentations for executive reviews, such as Annual Business Plans, Quarterly Global Operations, Monthly BU/SBU reviews, etc.
- Develop and implement performance indicators to track profit levers and provide early insights for corrective actions.
- Analyze and generate Management Information System (MIS) reports to evaluate BU performance metrics.
- Assist in decision-making by addressing BU queries and providing financial insights.
- Support Business Leaders in understanding financial impact under various scenarios.
- Monitor variances, recommend corrective actions, and improve financial reporting processes.
Desired Skills:
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant FP&A experience.
- Strong business acumen.
- Profound understanding of Financial Analysis and Accounting principles.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and consulting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
