PPHF has been working with the Ministry of Health and private sectors in India on key public health issues. PPHF provides technical support on quality public health delivery, capacity strengthening, and health technology.
About the Job Position
The Field Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and ensuring smooth implementation of the project activities in the field location. He/she would communicate with the block level and district level health departments’ to role out the activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Training of ANMs and CHOs, medical officer and other front line health care workers.
- Conduction of medical camps.
- Digitization of the patient data
- To communicate with the Barpeta Government both at the block and district level to get dates and update the field team accordingly.
- Work closely with the SHCs and Field team to meet targets.
- Monitor and manage the field team and coordinate between the government and field team.
- To help the team select local vendors
Eligibility
- Graduate in social, political, and human sciences.
- Experience in working with the government and knowledge about the rural health sector,
- Possession of good communication and documentation skills.
- Leadership quality and enthusiasm to achieve goals. This position may require relocation to the field location.
