About the Opportunity
Tarun Bharat Sangh is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated individual to fill the position of an Executive- Research and Communications who will ensure the organization’s responsibilities are carried out effectively on the ground and in the office.
About the Job Role
- Designation: Executive- Research and Communications
- Nature of work: Office & Field based
- Base Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
- CTC: 3 Lakh per annum
- Preference: Candidate who can join immediately

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the designing and development of project reports/proposals and other requisites.
- Assist in the research work and recommend areas of intervention/ improvement
- Assist in managing MIS of the projects
- Managing partner’s communication and reporting
- Develop new and expand existing relationships with the partners
- Supervise and monitor the field team according to project objectives.
- Demonstrate the ability to anticipate actions required; provide recommendation for senior leadership.
- Beyond above mentioned responsibilities, any other responsibilities assigned by the organization.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Post- Graduate in Rural Management/ Social Work/ Humanities/ Sustainability or any other relevant field.
- Fresher candidates are allowed to apply.
- Relevant experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has good documentation and analytical skills (MIS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong computer skills with excellent command over MS Excel, Word and Power-point, photo and video editing tools.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
