Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of biddable platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook, DV360, etc.
- Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning, creative communication and in-depth analysis of performance to drive optimization
- Consult and ensure that benchmark targets are set for the media metric performance
- Uses data to analyze and assess creative, partner and product performance, identifying areas of optimization and opportunities for growth
- Partnership with Analytics counterparts to drive analytical measurement solutions for Amex and to make best use of the data available to drive performance
- Work closely with product, tech & analytics teams to understand complete customer funnel and ideate to improve customer experience, thereby improving end conversions
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing or consumer marketing
- MBA preferred
- Experience in end to end digital campaign management
- Experience in marketing for financial segment will be considered as a plus
- Strategic, communication, presentation, interpersonal and team-oriented skills
- Ability to think strategically and to master execution
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
