About the Opportunity:

  • Duration: 3 Months, with the potential for full-time employment
  • Stipend: Rs. 15,000/month
  • Hours: 12 – 6 pm (Mon-Fri)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Develop and test social media strategies for Kastha’s three projects in education, fitness, & and innovation.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Quora, Medium, and any other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media to foster community engagement.
  • Daily update(s) to relevant cofounder(s)

Content Creation:

  • Generate creative and compelling content that aligns with the brand image and resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with idea and design leads to create visually appealing graphics, images, and multimedia content.

Learning and Research:

  • Dedicate time to thoroughly understand the unique aspects of each startup and its respective industries.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns and derive insights.
  • Prepare regular reports highlighting key metrics and proposing optimizations based on the data.


  • Work closely with other teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand representation across all channels.

Language and Communication:

  • Demonstrate superior language skills in written and verbal communication.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all media channels.

Education and Passion:

  • Graduated from a top global university with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Showcase a genuine passion for social media and a strong desire to learn and grow in digital marketing.

Remote Work Skills:

  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay motivated while working partially remotely.
  • Proficient in remote collaboration tools and communication platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Undergrad or master’s degree in relevant sector preferred
  • Demonstrated experience or coursework in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or hands-on experience in managing social media for brands in any capacity.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and industry trends.

Salary (Expected/Actuals):

  • Stipend: Rs. 15,000/month
