1. Manager – Fundraising (Full time)

Location: Bangalore but involves extensive travel across different parts of India

Purpose of the Job:

  • Understand the purpose of our NGO’s existence, and in-depth knowledge of our overall goals, objectives, values, policies, and programmes.
  • Evangelize OD and small, medium & rural NGOs.
  • Raise funds for DF programs and for DF’s partners.
  • Market and enroll clients into DF’s Donor engagement programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve fundraising targets set by DF leadership.
  • Understand the purpose of DF’s existence, and in-depth knowledge of our overall goals, objectives, values, policies and programs.
  • Research the sector from a fund-raising perspective and build partners and channels.
  • Research potential donors and understand their policies and fitment.
  • Work with our Leadership team to finetune & execute a fundraising strategy.
  • Create and maintain a database of donors and establish contact including face to face meetings with key personnel in their organizations.
  • Identify opportunities for grants from donors and create proposals for submission to donors.
  • Find ways to identify potential donors for our partner NGOs and meet internal fund raising targets.
  • Identify and evangelize our Donor engagement program, enroll clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with donors, build relationships & document efforts.
  • Manage all pre grant and post grant engagements to maximize relationships.

Experience:

  • At least 5 to 8 years in Donor-facing roles for Organizational Development.
  • Experience in Fundraising for NGOs will be an added advantage.

Skills & Knowledge:

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed University/Institution.
  • Fundraising for the Social sector
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite

Desirables:

  • Master’s degree (MBA) in Marketing or equivalent is an advantage
  • Target driven high-performer with a history of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Exposure to different Languages including English Hindi and Tamil

Salary Offered: 10-12 Lakhs Per Annum negotiable based on experience and skills

2. Logistics & Admin Manager – Full time

Location: Based in Bengaluru with frequent travel to Southern/Northern states

Key Responsibilities:

The position is based at Bengaluru but requires average 10 days of travel a month. The work involves:

  • Assisting in admin & logistics activities of all programmes
  • Develop an overall plan and structure for coordination, communication, and logistics management in consultation with Program and Finance Team.
  • Contribute to developing budgets for the month and review it with the Program Teams
  • Co-ordinate communication on all the training programmes among Leaders, NGO staff and others in the program to ensure full participation
  • Ensure vendor management and identify venues, caterers and other needs of training workshops and assist with all preparations
  • Monitor all purchases within the program & Dhwani, to ensure cost efficiencies are strengthened
  • Ensure all tools / technology / Marketing Collaterals to be provided to NGO partners are distributed in a timely manner (as agreed) for every batch
  • Upgrade subject skills and knowledge by additional reading, referring of materials and field practices
  • Ensure complete documentation of NGO Partner agreements, all the receivables within agreed time and make recommendations for streamlining finance process
  • Ensure all important matters related to communication, gaps, logistics and coordination are brought into the notice of program head
  • Submit monthly and quarterly reports to program head and review performance on Quarterly basis
  • Open to take any other assignments that are related to the role based on the need and organisational requirement.
  • Handholding, monitoring and carrying out assessments for partner NGOs
  • Coordinate with Dhwani team members like Finance manager, Executive Director, Trustees etc in order to ensure smooth running of the program
  • Adhere to all policies and principles of the organisation and willing to change the geography/partners based on the organisational requirement

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in the social sector or corporate
  • Particularly worked in logistics & administrative roles handling responsibilities of training venue bookings, training resource management, documentation maintenance for finance, office administrative requirements, travel management.
  • Finance & Accounts background will be preferable
  • 2 – 3 years in the development sector is preferable

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Bachelors Degree in any field
  • Prudent planning & execution
  • Excellent people skills, be able to collaborate at all levels
  • Language skills – two or more languages -Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and English
  • Must be able to use computer and handle internet, basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint

3. Enrolment Officer (Consultant For 2 – 3 Months)

Location: Multiple locations :-Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka

Purpose of the Job:

  • The Enrolment Consultant will ensure enrolment of NGOs to appropriate DF programs as per the criteria and efficiently manage NGO onboarding process. .
  • The Enrolment Consultant is expected to produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment and collaborate effectively across teams. This position will report to Head of Enrollments.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the enrollment selection process.
  • Enhance successful enrollment and outreach efforts to increase interest from prospective NGOs.
  • Organize & participate in enrollment campaigns to attract and source NGOs as needed.
  • Provide appropriate follow-up communication with prospective NGOs throughout entire onboarding process.
  • Represent DF to prospective NGOs at Enrollment campaigns and conferences.
  • Design, implement and execute enrollment and outreach strategy that will influence and increase applications and ensure NGOs joining DF suitable programs.
  • Conduct informational sessions (face to face or virtual).
  • Maintains proper documentation on enrollment materials.
  • Design and conceptualize new programs for NGO recruitment and create
  • Manage, process and maintain applications through the initial application phase to MOU sign up.
  • Increase our presence and develop new enrollment and outreach initiatives
  • Participate in the in-person orientation sessions.
  • Compile data and materials to prepare reports and summaries for management.
  • Analyze and provide feedback to determine on-field needs and trends on enrollment criteria/Selection process.
  • Ensure networking with donors, CSR, Govt and other key stakeholders to enroll prospective NGOs for DF programs.
  • Coordinate with other Dhwani team members in order to ensure smooth running of the organization.
  • Adhere to all policies and principles of the organization.
  • Open to taking any other assignments related to the role based on the need and organizational requirement.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in NGO Networking, organising outreach programs & Donor networking.

Skills & Knowledge:

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed University/Institution.
  • Good record keeping skills with attention to details.
  • Proficiency in MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, PPT for presentations).
  • Good record keeping skills with attention to details.

  • Exposure to different Languages including English, Hindi and location based regional languages

Salary Offered: 50,000 – 75,000 Per Month

4. Enrolment Officer

Purpose of the Job:

  • The Enrolment Officer will ensure enrolment of NGOs to appropriate DF programs as per the criteria and efficiently manage NGO onboarding process. .

  • Coordinate with other Dhwani team members in order to ensure smooth running of the organization.
  • Adhere to all policies and principles of the organization.
  • Open to take any other assignments that are related to the role based on the need and organizational requirement.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in NGO Networking, organising outreach programs & Donor networking.

5. Marketing /Content coordinator

Purpose of the Job:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the creation of quality and effective digital properties including websites and social media accounts for the Niranthara Sahayak partner NGOs and act as the liaison between Vendors, NGOs and other collaborators.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, prospect and establish leads for Digital vendor partnerships
  • Manage and overlook project deliverables as per schedule, monitoring project costs and timelines and generating monthly progress reports for internal monitoring.
  • NGO Relationship Management with N-Sahayak partners being the primary point of contact for setting up and maintaining the digital properties.
  • Serve as a link between NGOs and the vendor teams, ensuring proper content, communications and feedback are exchanged timely.
  • Own and quality check outputs and share feedback on content and design.
  • Ensure deadlines are clearly defined and met for each batch.
  • Identify and Present learnings to Dhwani, Vendors and NGOs to improve service efficiency
  • Coordinate with Dhwani team to plan delivery calendars and coordinate with vendors for timely and acceptable delivery of services.

Experience:
1 – 3 years relevant experience in an Account Management/Client Servicing role.
Experience in NGOs will be an added advantage.

Must have:
