About the Opportunity:
As a Consultant within our Social Impact Advisory team, you’ll play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships and collaborating with various teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your role involves problem-solving using consulting frameworks, conducting comprehensive research, and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights. This opportunity will allow you to broaden your knowledge across sectors and regions while driving the core of each project.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Consultant, you will:
- Lead multiple tracks in large-scale projects independently.
- Create client-ready deliverables such as strategy presentations, project reports, and governance insights.
- Offer operational guidance to associates/analysts across research, framework development, and portfolio management.
- Drive effective communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and quality.
- Identify and mitigate project risks in collaboration with project leads.
- Plan and oversee work streams/tracks for project governance.
- Independently lead smaller delivery projects.
Qualifications and Experiences:
We seek individuals who resonate with our vision and possess:
- 4-6 years of experience in consulting, project management, stakeholder engagement, or complex operations.
- Strong problem-solving and advisory skills, particularly related to nonprofit capacity-building.
- An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in economics, commerce, business management, or finance (preferred).
- Excellent presentation and data analytical abilities.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles and diverse stakeholder management.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex ideas.
- Previous experience leading small teams (a plus).
- Demonstrated humility, receptiveness, and a thirst for continuous learning.
