What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Communication Intern at delaware India, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the organization and its audience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in updating the organization’s websites, both locally and internationally.
- Managing and optimizing content for websites and social networking accounts, especially LinkedIn.
- Tracking and analyzing website traffic flow, providing regular internal reports.
- Editing and posting videos, podcasts, and audio content online.
- Collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other teams to build presentations, collaterals, and process flows following branding guidelines.
- Working with the Sales Support design team in Malaysia to create web visuals.
- Contributing to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns.
- Keeping up to date with current digital trends.
- Performing content updates for various digital platforms, including web, mobile, and social.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking candidates with the following skills:
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree/Professional Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Business Studies/Administration/Management/Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates with good knowledge of digital marketing and event handling are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in English with good writing skills.
- Knowledge of Kentico CRM, HubSpot, and Google Analytics is an added advantage (training will be provided).
- Innovative, creative, and fun personality.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Open to continuous learning and effective multitasking.
