Summary:

As a Business Intelligence and Analytics Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of driving informed business decisions by transforming data into actionable insights. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll harness the power of our Rapid Business Intelligence Solutions, data visualization, and integrated reporting dashboards to provide agile, interactive reporting and analytics. Your contributions will empower clients to optimize their operations, address key business questions, and unlock hidden potentials.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and articulate business challenges, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements, encompassing factors like health, safety, security, usability, data, and supportability.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, assessing the viability, opportunities, risks, and business impacts of diverse solution options.
  • Model processes, data flows, and technology landscapes to understand existing values, challenges, and areas for enhancement.
  • Craft comprehensive documentation to communicate requirements and align them with evolving project solutions.
  • Ensure seamless traceability of requirements from inception through testing, changes, and final implementation.
  • Collaborate with software suppliers, designers, and developers to guide system and database design, ensuring alignment with business needs and use cases.
  • Configure, document, and validate software and processes following established standards and tools.
  • Formulate persuasive business cases to advocate for solution value, securing approval, funding, and prioritization.
  • Lead, plan, and execute Business Analysis activities on projects, adhering to predetermined parameters of cost, time, and quality.
  • Stay current with relevant architectures and technologies, researching potential solutions and innovations while guiding interactions with technology vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (B.S).
  • Ideal certification: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA certification.
  • Proficiency in Agile project methodologies.
