About the Job:
We are seeking a young and enthusiastic final year BBA/BMS/MBA or equivalent candidate to join our team and support in our business and marketing operations. This is a 3-month Business Development Internship opportunity which converts to full-time on graduation. Please note that this opening is for an in-person role in Pune, India and we do not accept remote candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal team to identify and close qualified prospects
- Perform market research, analysis, and strategy development.
- Provide consistent feedback to team on lead quality/quantity
- Create and present presentations and proposals
- Leverage CRM reporting tools and dashboards to monitor and present KPIs and metrics
- Coordinate with internal team and external candidates to schedule interviews
- Coordinate with vendors to procure equipment, hardware, company merchandise etc and manage shipping, delivery etc

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passionate about AI and its potential to transform industries.

- Demonstrated business development skills and experience in a related field.
- Experience in market research, analysis, and strategy development.
