Responsibilities:

We have an immediate opening in our Pune office for a qualified individual to join our fast-growing firm in the role of Business Development Intern for a duration of 6 months, focusing on the Indian subcontinent.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Proposal Management: Review request for proposals (RFPs) and identify essential elements for proposal development.
  2. Proposal Scheduling: Schedule and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
  3. Prospect Lists: Maintain and submit regular prospect lists.
  4. Marketing Materials: Prepare marketing materials, presentations, qualification packages, brochures, project proposals, and other collateral materials.
  5. Market Research: Collect data, assist in the execution of market research, and facilitate analysis.
  6. Lead Generation: Focus on generating leads to drive business growth for the organization.
  7. Client Coordination: Coordinate client meetings with staff.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or Diploma in civil engineering.
  • Strong multitasking and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of desktop publishing software is a plus.
