About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Intern with a keen interest in the content, animation, or translation industry. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to the growth of our organization. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to develop their sales skills within the dynamic and creative field of content, animation, or translation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the content, animation, or translation industry.
  • Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities through research, lead generation, and prospecting.
  • Contribute to the building and maintenance of client relationships by providing excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to expand knowledge and network with professionals in the field.
  • Contribute to tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to content, animation, or translation.

Eligibility:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with a strong interest in the content, animation, or translation industry.
  • Previous internship or work experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

  • Personal Interview round with HR Managers and Team Leads

Duration:

  • 6 Months of Internship. Post Internship, a full-time position will be offered.
  • Candidates must be willing for a Full-time In-Office internship in Delhi.
  • Office Location: T-93, Fourth Floor, DK House Gautam Nagar, Near Gulmohar Park Community Center, New Delhi, 110049.

Incentives:

  • A certificate of internship completion will be issued after the internship.
  • LOR is Based on individual performance.
  • Stipend of 8-10k on a monthly basis
  • The placement Offer will be based on the student’s overall performance at the end of the internship with CTC 4-6 LPA.
