As an Associate in Product Controllers, you will play a vital role in maintaining profitability and efficiency in the firm’s businesses.

As an Associate, you will utilize your accounting and finance knowledge to support the Asset Management Division. Engage with various parts of the firm, experiencing in-depth insights into Goldman Sachs’ businesses, products, and sophisticated technology systems. Responsibilities
- Monitor trading activities intelligently to ensure controlled business support.
- Stay informed about developments and issues in assigned trading areas.
- Collaborate with various teams including Operations, Risk, Tax, Technology & Treasury.
- Assess inherent risks in trading positions.
- Prepare daily P&L and financial analyses.
- Perform independent price verification on trading inventories.
- Contribute to month-end procedures and financial statement preparation.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-4 years of experience
- Knowledge of financial products and market awareness
- Strong communication and team player skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a control mindset
- Excellent MS Office skills and numerical proficiency
- Willingness to take on extra responsibilities
