Overview:

The Associate Operations Analyst will be part of the India Resident Mission (INRM) within the South Asia Department, providing crucial support in water supply and sanitation/urban development and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the preparation and updating of project administration manual (PAM).
- Prepare and update individual project performance reports.
- Compile data and statistics on contract awards and disbursements for assigned projects.
- Monitor and analyze actual awards and disbursements against targets.
- Participate in various missions, including inception, review, mid-term, and project completion report missions.
- Maintain records for compliance with project and TA covenants.
- Monitor physical progress in projects/TA implementation and output/deliverable submission.
- Familiarize executing agencies (EAs) with ADB guidelines and procedures.
- Assist in updating procurement plans, reviewing procurement documents, and processing disbursements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/architecture/planning or relevant fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in urban sector project-related activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the national language.
- Experience in various stages of the project cycle, procurement, contract administration, and progress management.
- Proficiency in technology packages (word-processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, web-browsing) and search engines.
- Ability to work independently, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and collaborate effectively in teams.
