Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Assessment Internship for litigation work, including drafting, research, and assistance with filing and handling of cases in the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, CAT, NCDRC, APTEL, and Arbitral Tribunals.

Eligibility

  • Final year student having done at least one litigation internship with a High Court or Supreme Court lawyer or law firm.

Who can Apply? 

  • Final year student of any reputed law university;
  • Well versed with research skills including research through online research tools as well as through books;
  • Good drafting skills;
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Adobe Reader; (v) interested in pursuing a career in litigation. 

Stipend 

  • Rs. 5000/- per month.

Duration of Internship 

  • One month
