Our services include Asset Servicing, Cash Management, Client Data Management, Global Banking Services, Loans Servicing, Network Management, Payments, Reconciliations, Settlements, and Tax Operations.
Role Overview: Associate, Client Regulatory Services
As an Associate within the Client Regulatory Services (CRS) team at Morgan Stanley, based in Bangalore, you will play an integral role in ensuring compliance with client regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Client Due Diligence reviews for new client onboarding and existing client reviews, adhering to applicable regulatory program requirements
- Updating firm systems with accurate client information and documentation
- Collaborating with internal clients, Compliance, and Operations throughout the review lifecycle
- Handling volume fluctuations and prioritizing tasks, including ad-hoc requests
- Staying updated on regulatory changes and internal policies
- Participating in process improvement initiatives
- Supporting quality and control checks
Qualifications: Skills Required
- Keen attention to detail and strong investigative skills
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with precision
- Strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal
- Adaptability to handle pressure and varying demands
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and accountability
- Quick learning ability for policies, procedures, and controls
Experience Required
- 2 to 5 years of work experience
- AML/KYC experience, control, and regulatory program knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with global KYC/CIP requirements (UK, US, Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore)
- Familiarity with India local KYC and ODI regulatory requirements a plus
Educational Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
