Job Summary:

As an Analyst in the Executive Accelerators CoE – Academy Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting the relationship-building activities of Deloitte’s Lead Client Service Partners with C-Suite executives of key clients. The role involves managing multiple deadlines, providing support for role-based programs, and delivering differentiated client experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
  • Develop confidential C-Suite Academy deliverables using tools such as MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Conduct secondary research to prepare executive/company profiles.
  • Work on tight deadlines and agreed SLA’s.
  • Utilize Salesforce, SharePoint, and other firm resources for operational support.
  • Manage academy folders/files upload to the respective program SharePoint repository.
  • Support client and Partner communications and registration.
  • Create/edit email invitations, update records in the database, and populate individual participant templates.
  • Create and edit onsite materials, update trackers, and coordinate submission of documents.
  • Perform Salesforce Database Management & Reporting.
  • Update SOW templates for Academy vendors and submit annual business relationship independence approval forms for vendors.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Excel (Basic to Intermediate).
  • MS PowerPoint – Basic to Advanced proficiency.
  • Secondary research skills.
  • Editing and proofreading skills.
  • Multi-tasking skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Event management experience.
  • Salesforce, Teams, and SharePoint experience.
  • Knowledge of managing finance application, processing invoices, billing, etc.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Any Graduation, Post Graduation is mandatory.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Interest in process improvement/efficiency/automation.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent competing demands and multitask.
  • Appreciation for working in a consultative, team environment.
