Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills? EaseMyTrip.com is looking for a dynamic Administrative Executive to be a vital part of our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in our Gurgaon office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, maintaining a well-organized inventory.
- Greet and assist visitors warmly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and maintain MIS and other reports on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, dealing with vendors and clients when required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- 1+ years of relevant administrative experience.
