Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Define target seller base and industry verticals for various Amazon services using local insights, work experience, and available tools.
  • Identify and engage valuable sellers for Amazon services.
  • Provide valuable guidance to retailers, assisting them in achieving success on the Amazon marketplace.
  • Monitor and track personal performance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for peers.

A Day in the Life:

As an associate, your typical day involves supporting the marketplace business by achieving key metrics or surfacing seller pain points through Voice of Seller (VOS) mechanisms, which serve as actionable insights for various program teams.
