Job Description:
- Growth Markets – Business Operations team
- Manage Operations for the Market Units within Growth Markets, track headcount growth against forecast, validate Roll Offs, Demand
- Management activities, track and analyze Productivity metrics. Support/manage EI Bandwidth and Bench management.
Job Summary
- Support the Operations team on the requests received from Projects and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- MIS reporting – Generate reports, key metrics dashboard for stakeholders and Leadership.
- Operational activities like Demand and Roll Off Validation and Updating Demand attributes.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficient in MS office – expertise in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
- Excellent skills in written and oral communication (English)
- Ability to take the initiative and operate with minimum supervision
- Natural ability to operate with a high level of energy, commitment and motivation
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations for high volume, fast turnaround results.
