Project: Swavalamban Connect Kendra (SCK) Project:

In collaboration with SIDBI, Access Livelihoods is pioneering the expansion of the SCK Project across Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Uttarakhand, and Tamil Nadu. This visionary project aims to establish 100 SCKs across five states, fostering the growth of 10,000 enterprises within three years. By leveraging the Swavalamban Connect Kendra’s technological prowess, we’re enhancing the MSME/enterprise ecosystem through innovative, inclusive, and impactful interventions.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Zonal Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation of the Swavalamban Connect Kendra Project. Your tasks will include:

  • Coordinating project implementation according to the State Project Manager’s plan.
  • Identifying and onboarding potential SCKs.
  • Assisting SCKs in mobilizing aspiring entrepreneurs.
  • Conducting orientation and onboarding programs for aspirant entrepreneurs.
  • Facilitating entrepreneurship awareness and development initiatives.
  • Cultivating and nurturing multi-stakeholder partnerships.
  • Addressing on-field challenges adeptly.
  • Regularly reporting project progress to the state project manager.
  • Ensuring the establishment and support of a specified number of enterprises in the designated state.
  • Ensuring SCKs accomplish their objectives within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Proficiently utilizing technological tools to execute the project.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualification: A graduate in development studies, social work, or related social sciences. Additional certification in entrepreneurship development or SME finance from reputable institutions is advantageous.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in managing entrepreneurship, livelihoods, or enterprise incubation programs.
  • Language Skills: Effective communication skills in both Hindi and English are essential. Proficiency in regional languages like Tamil and Bengali is preferred.
