This fellowship aims to recruit people with an engineering or tech education, and support them in becoming prominent leaders who grapple with complex strategic issues about tech. We are looking for the ambitious and the visionaries. Those who don’t want to just code, but learn to lead- as industry leaders, public intellectuals, and techies with the big ideas!

  • ACESSS: Each fellow benefits from the access afforded by the IIC, their hosts, and our funding partners. Additionally, YLT curates training and conversations with thought leaders from academia, research, and industry to discuss critical technology challenges and developments several times a month. This global exposure enables a fellow to develop their own perspective and unique thinking on issues beyond the tenets of their daily work.
  • MENTORSHIP: A key pillar of the YLT fellowship is providing personalised mentorship and support to the fellows through the leadership at IIC, host organisations, and funders. Through monthly check-ins, quarterly feedbacks and calls, each fellows personal journey is charted out to enable them to scale a steep learning curve at YLT.
