Eligibility Criteria:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is required, along with previous experience in student mentoring or educational support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized academic support to students, assisting them in understanding complex concepts and improving their learning outcomes.
- Tailor study plans to individual student needs and monitor their progress, making necessary adjustments to enhance their learning experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student retention rates, fostering a sense of belonging and engagement within the Vedantu learning community.
- Identify at-risk students and intervene proactively to address their challenges, collaborating with counseling and support teams.
- Maintain open communication with parents and teachers, organizing meetings to discuss student progress and improvement plans.
- Act as a liaison between parents and teachers, addressing concerns and facilitating productive discussions.
