About the Fellowship
The TII-RRE Fellowship is a 13-month acceleration cum fellowship program focused on experiential learning and a hands-on approach to bringing meaningful change at the grassroots. The fellowship provides a platform for interested individuals to work alongside sustainable enterprises working on transforming livelihoods in rural India.

Eligibility Criteria
- Enthusiastic individuals between the age of 21 and 30 years who are driven to make a difference in marginalized communities
- Graduate in any field (individuals graduating on or before 01 December 2024 may apply)
- Change agents with the potential to lead communities and bring lasting change in rural India
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to understand and explore innovative solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
- Indian citizenship

Stipend During Fellowship:
- Stipend: ₹18,000 per month
- Completion Incentive: INR 30,000
- Excellence Incentive: INR 50,000
Salary & Placements After Fellowship:
- Opportunity and Mentorship in Setting up your own enterprise.
- Average Package after fellowship is 5 LPA
- Access Livelihoods has tie-ups with many Entrepreneurial Companies. We have achieved a 90% placement rate. So, there is a fair chance of getting placement after the Fellowship.
