- Assist the team in the shortlisting and screening of candidates for various roles and programs, utilising predefined metrics.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently, ensuring seamless communication between candidates, interviewers, and facilitators.
- Maintain the candidate pipeline, meticulously organizing records for applications, assignments, and prior feedback.
- Manage the program helpline, providing comprehensive support to candidates throughout their application journey through both oral and written channels.
