What will you do as an Associate – Talent Acquisition :
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing/screening, short-listing profiles, candidate tracking, follow-up, and CV processing, internal database updation and maintenance
- Recruit and screen candidates through various sources such as internal databases, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc
- Maintain good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants by documenting processes
- Create hiring policies and procedures that are in line with industry standards
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Provide offer letter and do reference and background checks of the candidate
What are we looking for :
- 2022 graduates, candidates with internship experience in similar domain would be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate at various levels in the organization with strong stakeholder management
- Ability to thrive in a high- growth environment
