Role Overview

First and foremost, we’re looking for people who are excited about what we’re doing—you don’t need to know anything about the HRTech ecosystem, but should be excited to learn. We are seeking a committed and result-oriented individual to join our team. 
Candidates who perform well, will get an opportunity to be converted to a full time employee. 

Responsibilities

  • Helping the operations team in the day to day work.
  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
  • Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities.
  • Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted. 
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors.
  • Resolving discrepancies in the information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents. 
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
  • Take follow-up calls for verification and maintaining of MIS.
  • The work will involve making calls

Selection Process

  • You need to complete a small assessment (Assessment Link). Based on your test scores we shall schedule the further interview rounds.

  • Profiles without task submissions & video pitch will not be considered for this role.
  • Interview Process: Operations Assignment to submit for review in the portfolio section while applying- 2 rounds of virtual interviews with Operations Specialist & Operations Manager.

Requirements

  1. Candidate must be a Graduate
  2. Attention to detail, Strong communication skills (via phone, email, chat).
  3. Proficient in using Google Docs, Slides and Sheets.
  4. Excellent Coordination and interpersonal skills.
  5. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.

Note

  • This is a full time internship opportunity and the candidate should be available for a minimum duration of 9 months.
  • Should be comfortable working on the weekends. (This is only if required, and not regularly)
