At Youth Alliance, we seek to create meaningful narratives around Inner work and the relevance of immersive journeys for young people. Roles and Responsibility
The Job Responsibility will include:
- Design Graphic material for both online and offline events done by YA and social media on Canva/ Photoshop/Illustrator
- Create video content for social media related to our org. Programs, events and vision.
- Support and evaluate results of online campaigns with the team and plan accordingly for future work
- Over-all Manage multiple social media platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc). Manage posts, responses etc.
- Brainstorm Social Media strategy and ideas with the Communications Team
- Plan the monthly calendar, organize the posts, coordinate with the team to gather the relevant data to curate posts etc.
- Develop and implement a communication strategy that includes media outreach during flagship programs.
Eligibility
Person Specifications and Requirements:
- Fluency in English written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortably work on all media platforms.
- Strategic and creative mindset.
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva etc.
- Basic video editing skills
- A portfolio of work available for review
- Can work remotely but join in-person (Delhi) when required.
