Job Description:
The Senior Manager – Research and Analysis at SELCO will be a key resource for the Consultancy department to accumulate information from various departments of the organization, treating/editing/compiling it for the purpose of various external stakeholders as well as planning and executing a dissemination strategy. A key part of the responsibility will be to carry out research on subjects related to application of clean energy in different sectors like Health, Education, Livelihood and also on various aspects of climate change and sustainability. The forms of content will include but not be limited to proposals, articles, case studies and research reports. The role also involves active participation in developing programs and interaction with various national and international stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Write Proposals for Projects on Application of Renewable Energy, Energy Audit and Skill Building.
- Background research for proposal writing.
- Report writing for larger projects
- Preparing presentations and notes on specific projects
- Participation in conferences and seminars related to Projects presentations.
Competencies:
Technical
- BTech/MTech/MBA/ Masters in Science or Economics
- 2-5 years of Experience in Renewable Energy sector and/or analysis
- English, Hindi
- Familiarity in using design tools like Canva, Microsoft Office etc.
