About the Opportunity

We are looking for Analysts to join our Commercial Operations team in Mumbai. The role will need to support our Enterprise Sales Teams, Global Managing Directors, Directors and professionals in the US, Europe, and Asia.

The team is charged with developing programs and processes that accelerate the firm’s organic revenue growth rate. Our Analysts will provide commercial support to Kroll managing directors and other colleagues around the world on Salesforce and other platforms, responding to inquiries and executing tasks that ensure high data quality and directly impact revenue generation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate insightful reports through research and analysis.
  • Able to write commentary and synopsis harnessing news and reports.
  • Analyze industry trends and market developments and present meaningful insights.
  • Efficiently screen transactions leveraging various databases to identify leads.
  • Develop competitive analysis models that could benefit the firms practice areas.
  • Create in-depth, relevant research reports on potential targets.
  • Assist in any adhoc research that stakeholders would require.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver in a competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/BMS or an MBA (preferred) with 2-3 years’ experience in a research role, preferably in a financial, market research or management consulting firm.
  • Analytical and inquisitive mindset, with enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with leadership and stakeholders to build a strong working relationship.
  • Time management skills with the ability to handle a multi-project workload with competing priorities across different business divisions / units.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation capabilities.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and priorities with demanding deadlines.
  • A strong desire to acquire new skills, software and capabilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information.
