This program is Funded by the Russian Federation. You can Study in any Program at any University in Russia. In collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. No IELTS and TOEFL Requirements for this Scholarship.

Scholarship Benefits
- There is No tuition Fee and the Educational Expenses are taken care of by the state and Government of Russia.
- Your tuition fee will be paid by the Russian Federation.
- Winning the competition means that you can enter a Masters or a PhD. Program without taking any kind of entrance examinations utilizing a single-window system.
- Language is not an issue as you can take the course both in English as well as Russian
- You can participate in competitions as per the subject and can apply to several universities at the same time
- As mentioned already you will be provided with a stipend as well.
Eligibility Criteria
- Having a Bachelor’s degree or completing a Bachelor’s degree program
- You can apply for the competition if you are a foreigner
- Only motivational letter and education level proof are required
- Russian citizens who are living abroad can also apply for this prestigious competition.
Deadline
- The last date to apply for the Government of Russia Scholarship 2023 is 10th December 2022.
