Post Details:
- Post: Junior Assistant (HR)
- Vacancies: 16 (Includes 4 PwD category and 2 Ex-Servicemen posts)
- Maximum Age: 30 Years (as of 01.08.2023)
- Pay Scale: Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 66,000
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
- Educational Qualification must be fulfilled by 01.08.2023.
- Candidates belonging to UR/EWS category and SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD applying against unreserved posts should have minimum 50% and 45% marks respectively in Minimum Qualification.
Selection Process:
Candidates will undergo a written test (Offline/Online) with the following weightage distribution:
- Written Test – 100%
Written Test Details:
- Duration: 2.5 Hours
- 125 objective type questions, each carrying one mark
- No negative marking
- Subjects: English, Data Analysis and Interpretation, Test of Reasoning
