RightShip is seeking a Legal Intern to assist in contracts review and the implementation of a contracts register.

Responsibilities
- Peruse historical contracts on Salesforce platform to extract relevant information and fill into register
- Work closely with legal counsel to resolve issues related to construct and interpretation of contracts and to rectify errors identified in contract register and working files
- Collaborate with Salesforce system analyst to design and implement a dynamic contract register on Salesforce platform
- Conduct trials on Salesforce platform to ensure that the contract register is ready to go live
- Assist with other day-to-day legal and administrative matters as may be necessary
Requirements
- LLB graduates or law school students
- Good understanding of contract law principles and ability to apply legal mind
- Conscientious, meticulous and well-organised, and possess good interpersonal skills
- Predominantly remote work arrangement with communications and coaching via Microsoft Teams and email
- Able to commence ASAP
